About the house
The holiday home is located in the heart of Burgundy. The house combines authentic French charm with modern comfort, making it the ideal place for a relaxing stay in nature. The gîte is suitable for up to six people and is fully equipped. The two comfortable bedrooms, a cozy and spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a neat bathroom ensure that you feel right at home immediately. The house features beautiful and warm decor with wooden accents and a peaceful atmosphere. On the terrace or in the garden, you can completely unwind with a glass of wine and a good book.
Layout of the house
The living room is a spacious and cozy place where you can relax. Take a seat on the comfortable sofa to watch TV or pull up a chair at the dining table for a meal together or a game. Thanks to the stoves and heating, the house is pleasant all year round. Naturally, fast Wi-Fi is also available so you can always stay connected.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has every convenience. Here you will find, among other things, an induction hob, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a washing machine. A kettle and coffee maker are also available for a relaxed start to the day. Cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils are provided so that you can easily prepare a delicious meal yourself.
Also located on the ground floor is the bathroom , featuring a comfortable rain shower, a sink with storage drawers, and a heated towel rail. The toilet is separate. Towels are provided for all guests.
An open staircase leads to the second floor, where two spacious bedrooms are located. The master bedroom features a double bed (160×200). The second bedroom has two single beds (90×200) and a double bed (160x200). Both rooms are equipped with a wardrobe so you can easily store your belongings. A baby cot is also available for families with a baby.
Adjacent to the house is a raised terrace where you can enjoy a lovely breakfast or relax with a good book and a glass of wine. A picnic table and two sun loungers are provided here. Due to the house's elevated position, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the Morvan landscape.
Surrounding the house is a spacious, enclosed garden with a lawn where you can enjoy the peace and nature. A lounge set is located here. There is parking available at the house and pets are welcome, so your four-legged friend can come along on holiday too. Additionally, a gas BBQ is available.
